Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time (shared at the time of purchase).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

International Shipping

Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on eligible order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and additional import charges.

These costs are not included in product or shipping prices.

Veerji is not responsible for customs-related delays.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

Veerji is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Returned orders due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping charges.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Veerji is not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit after dispatch.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details for assistance.

8. Shipping Limitations

Certain items or locations may have shipping restrictions due to courier or customs rules.

If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be informed promptly.
